Fusion92 Annual All-Company Event Builds Momentum in 2024

Yesterday, the Fusion92 team that’s typically spread across 28 states gathered together in Chicago at our new headquarters – The MART – to celebrate our successes from 2023 and build momentum around our goals and strategic imperatives for the year ahead.
It was incredible seeing so many fearless faces in one room as many met teammates in-person for the first time, while others reconnected with those they’ve collaborated with for years. The inspirational all-company meeting (led by Founder and CEO Matt Murphy and President Doug Dome) was complete with great hospitality and vibrant energy in every corner. And to top it off, we welcomed back 80s party cover band Sixteen Candles for another killer performance!
The big takeaway from this year’s annual event was “Every Moment Matters” – a rally cry for 2024. Every decision each of us makes, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, has an impact somewhere down the line. Fusion92 is collectively ready to remain intentional, thoughtful, fearless and curious in all that we do, so the ripple effect of our actions can have a transformational impact for our client partners and for all of us.
