CHICAGO (July 29, 2022) – Fusion92, a Chicago-based independent marketing innovation company with offices in Chicago, Detroit and Austin, welcomed 10 new team members in July:

Marlene Clisch has more than two decades of experience serving in high-level roles where she has executed talent strategies to attract top people and maximize teams through effective development programs. She will lead efforts to acquire top talent and advance career opportunities for team members, helping to support the growth of Fusion92. Marlene has a wealth of agency experience, including 17 years at the renowned Crispin Porter Bogusky agency where she led the talent strategy and people operations for its 10 global offices. Her background also includes experience in marketing and account management, working with leading brands like Coca-Cola, MINI, MET-Rx, Doritos and Club Med.
Scott Fraser has over four years of experience in software and web development. He has worked in a variety of industries, including health care, transportation and manufacturing, in addition to being a web developer for a creative agency. Scott has worked with multiple technologies since becoming a full-time web developer after beginning his career as a chef.
Cody Graham comes to Fusion92 after nearly three years at Aisle Rocket, a Chicago-based marketing agency, where he helped build high-performing, cross-functional teams using agile practices. Over his career, he has gained in-depth experience as a business analyst, holding roles at companies in both the IT services and health care industries. Cody holds a degree in general management from Michigan State University.
Jonathan Grimm brings a decade of experience as a software engineer, working in both the public and private sectors. He comes to Fusion92 after being a senior software engineer for a startup and has experience across multiple industries, including health care, retail, legal services and IT consulting. Jonathan spent over two years working for the U.S. State Department and developed applications used worldwide to implement foreign aid programs and anti-AIDS initiatives. He is also an accomplished writer as he began his career serving as an editor for media organizations and writing articles covering multiple aspects of U.S. politics.
Lauren Kube is a recent graduate of Purdue University where she earned degrees in professional writing and sociology. In addition to academic pursuits, she worked for the university’s front desk for three years. She also completed an internship at United Way of Greater Lafayette (Indiana) where she focused on developing marketing content for a broad range of channels.
Michael McKinney has nine years of full stack web development experience, having previously worked with several IT services firms. He has written code for a broad range of clients, including government organizations like the U.S. Army, Navy, Defense Information Systems Agency and Department of Defense. Michael also served in the Army and logged over 2,000 hours flying unmanned aircraft systems. He has earned several professional certifications in addition to a degree in applied science, information technology – software from Western Governors University.
Nikole Misiuro brings over five years of account management experience to Fusion92. She previously worked for Highnoon, an integrated agency that combines marketing, technology and creative solutions for clients across multiple industries. Nikole also held account roles for OH Partners, a full-service national advertising agency. She has a degree in public relations, advertising and applied communication from Columbia College Chicago.
John Radojevich is focused on developing a new Fusion92 platform. Before joining the firm, he started his career at Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, packaging and industrial supplies. While there, he worked on their robust e-commerce platform. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He currently resides in Sun Prairie, WI.
Joann Serr brings more than 14 years of project management experience to the team, most recently with GTB (formerly Team Detroit) working in shopper marketing and digital CRM. She also held a project management role for leading marketing agency MRM/McCann. Joann has extensive budgeting and finance experience, holding such positions at Doner Advertising, Campbell-Ewald Advertising and within the public sector for the City of Huntington Woods (Michigan). She also has marketing and advertising experience from her time at Campbell-Ewald, leading local marketing efforts for clients.
Maxwell Van de Kerkhove has multiple years of advertising experience, including spending the past two years as an analyst for Ford Direct. He previously spent two years as a digital media specialist with DP+, the agency acquired this year by Fusion92. Maxwell also has several years of experience in the IT services and consulting space, working as a project lead and performing quality assurance. He has a degree in information assurance from Eastern Michigan University.
